Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, Vegetable Oil, Salt Cumin, Tumeric, Paprika, Red Pepper and Black Pepper.

Heating Instructions
As heating temperatures of appliances vary, the following are guide lines only:

  • Oven Grilling
    Pre-heat grill. Place kebabs on the rack of an oven roasting pan. Grill kebabs approximately 15 cm under the pre-heated grill for 10-15 minutes turning once during cooking time.
  • Braai
    Grill kebabs over moderately hot coals for 10-15 minutes turning regularly.
  • Griddle Pan
    Pre-heat griddle pan. Lightly grease pan with a little oil. Fry for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Microwave
    Arrange kebabs on a place and microwave for
    850 Watt - Medium 11 minutes (50% power).
    1350Watt - Medium 9 minutes (50% power).

Serving Suggestion
Ideal served as a starter or as a main course accompanied by potatoes, rice, pasta and vegetables or a salad.
